In addition to Wayne Morris and Peter Long (see Management Team), there is one other board member:

Darren Trumeter – Founder, Board MEMBER

Darren is the CEO of Sapling Systems, an online e-learning company based in Austin, TX.  Most recently Darren has been the COO of Citect Corporation with responsibility for direct company operations in USA, Europe, Asia, China, Australia and Africa as well as indirect distribution in Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, and Middle-East.  In this position Darren has full responsibility for sales, marketing, partners and customer service within the global field operations.  Before his promotion to COO, Darren was the President of Americas for Citect where he grew revenue by more than 100% in his first full year.

Before joining Citect, Darren was a director of sales for SAP America where he was responsible for building SAP’s emerging business in customer relationship management (CRM) software.  Prior to SAP, Darren was the founder and CEO of InfoWare, a company focused on capturing and enhancing the customer experience as it related to their online interaction with a company.  This was a very new area at the time and under Darren’s leadership the company achieved strong early growth before being acquired by Question.

Previously Darren was the director of sales and marketing at QIV systems a mid-tier systems integrator, and a channel sales manager for IBM Corporation.  Darren also served as an officer and helicopter pilot for US armed services.
