Owen BobeldykManaging Director and Founder, 19 Degrees PTY LTD, Australia Owen manages a consulting firm that specializes in the integration of Business Information Systems with Business Improvement Initiatives, primarily focused on the mining industry in Australia and Western Europe. Previously, he spent a number of years with BHPBilliton, where he became a six-sigma black belt in business improvement and managed a number of business improvement projects. He also founded a community of practice within the BHPBilliton group of businesses, which grew to be the largest and most successful community of practice within BHPBilliton. Owen has also worked for Western Mining Corporation, Nabalco Alumina, Redsion Gold and Leads, and Northrup. John GraffVP, Marketing and Customer Operations, National Instruments, USA John directs an integrated team of marketing and sales professionals who are focused on educating a worldwide audience of engineers and scientists on a broad range of NI hardware and software products for measurement and automation. During his 22 years at NI, he has played a significant role in NI's long track record of growth and profitability. Today, John has responsibility for the company's global marketing efforts, it's award-winning web presence, and the company's customer operations, including CRM, SFA, and Business Intelligence functions. John has also played a key role in fostering the company's highly regarded corporate culture. NI has been recognized by FORTUNE magazine as one of the Best Places to Work for ten straight years. John earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. John also serves as Board President for the Austin Children's Museum. Dianne LedinghamPartner, Bain & Company, USA Dianne Ledingham is a partner in the Boston office. She is a leader in Bain's Technology, Media and Telecom practice areas. She also leads Bain's NA Sales Force Effectiveness efforts as part of the Customer Strategy and Marketing Practice area. Dianne joined Bain as a consultant in 1990, was elected to Vice President/Partner in 1997 and to Director in 2004. Over her tenure with Bain & Company, Dianne has worked in a variety of technology, media, and telecom industries. Examples of her recent assignments include growth strategies for enterprise software, IT services, network equipment, semi-test equipment companies and cable providers, merger integration for mobile device and information management companies, operational improvement assignments in publishing, and sales force effectiveness improvements across several technology companies. Dianne earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School with distinction. She is a graduate of Brown University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with honors. Peter PitskerEntrepreneur, USA Peter Pitsker devoted most of his corporate career to the field of industrial automation with senior management positions in The Foxboro Company, Modular Computer Systems, and General Automation. Peter later led the management consulting firms of North & Donahoe and TechnoManagement as President and CEO. Peter was a founder of Triconex Corporation, a leading developer and manufacturer of Fault-Tolerant Safety Shutdown systems. After the successful launch of Triconex, Peter was involved in the formation and venture funding of Wonderware Corporation and served as Chairman of the Board and President before retiring in 1993 after a successful initial stock offering. Peter has served on several boards of directors including North & Donahoe, Triconex, Wonderware, eFinity, Borealis, and Visual Systems. He continues to work in support of emerging companies as an advisor to the founders. Roy J. WilsonExecutive, Russell Reynolds, USA Roy has a leadership role for the IT and HR practices in North America for Russell Reynolds, a premier executive recruitment firm. Previously, Roy was Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology for Allergan, Inc. Allergan is a global specialty pharmaceutical and medical device company. Prior to joining Allergan in 2004, Roy was President of a management consulting firm focused on providing human capital management and corporate turnaround/restructuring expertise for technology companies. Roy has also worked with companies such as BMC Software, Compaq Computer Corporation, Schlumberger, Grand Metropolitan, and Texas Instruments. His work has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, Human Resource Executive, and other publications.
