Performance improvement methodologies, such as Lean Process, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints can be supported by myDIALS ensuring optimal operational efficiency and improved business results.

The myDIALS team has extensive experience in multiple industries, including information technology (IT), real-time systems, business intelligence, mining and minerals processing, manufacturing, government, and utilities. Over the years, we continuously found several issues that made it difficult and often times impossible to effectively and efficiently operate a business:

• A lack of easy and timely access to consistent, relevant performance metrics that would help better manage our business and improve operational performance.
• A distinct separation of business information, such as financial or sales data, and real-time operational information contained in manufacturing, production, and supply systems.
• Analytic solutions were designed for specialized use by analysts and technologists, and these solutions were not suitable for decision makers to use to enhance their daily operational decisions.

The result of these issues is that business performance is typically viewed from multiple silos, and executives, managers, and business professionals don't have a timely, comprehensive, holistic view of the operational performance of the business. myDIALS was formed to address these issues.
