Implementation ProcessYour implementation can be performed by myDIALS, a myDIALS partner, or your technical staff using the myDIALS Administrator User Type. myDIALS follows a streamlined process to provide you with analytical dashboards. We can implement in days, or for more complex environments, in a few weeks:
We work with you to identify the specifics of your business organization, users, business processes, value streams, and KPI and KPD metrics together with their data sources and calculation formulas. We (together with our partners as appropriate) bring standard industry knowledge and understanding of performance improvement methodologies. Together, we determine the optimal visualization for your KPI and KPD metrics. The most appropriate method for continuously loading data into myDIALS is determined, which can include direct connection to the data sources, data file upload or email, or manual data entry. If myDIALS will direct connect to data sources, myCONNECTOR is implemented on your site and configured to interface with and access the relevant data sources.
